04 Prices & Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable according to the payment terms stated on the applicable invoice or agreement.
Additional costs such as transportation, customs duties, taxes, insurance, handling or other third-party charges may apply where relevant to a transaction.
05 Delivery & Logistics
Delivery arrangements depend on the individual transaction and may involve suppliers, manufacturers, freight companies, logistics providers or other third parties.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and may be affected by production, transportation, customs, weather, availability or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
06 Responsibility
Wood Point NL B.V. aims to work with reliable suppliers and commercial partners. However, where products or services are supplied by independent third parties, their own terms, specifications and responsibilities may apply.
Customers and commercial partners are responsible for providing accurate specifications, quantities, delivery requirements and other information necessary for a transaction.
Product specifications, availability, pricing, delivery arrangements and other commercial details should always be confirmed in writing before a transaction is finalized.
07 Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, graphics, branding, images, layouts and other materials, belongs to Wood Point NL B.V. or is used with appropriate permission.
